For capital partners

Capital partners

LMN Capital Holdings acquires and operates established Texas businesses, funded through a mix of our own capital, SBA-backed financing, and — over time — a small group of capital partners who see it the way we do.

We're not running an open fund. Each acquisition is its own opportunity, evaluated on its own terms. When the right one comes along, we'd rather work with a small number of partners who already know us and understand what we do than raise from a crowd of strangers on a deadline.

We're not raising anything today. But if you'd rather have a stake in a real operating business than another line in an index fund, we'd like to know you before we need you.

Who we work with

We work only with accredited investors, as defined by the SEC — generally, a net worth over $1 million excluding your primary residence, or income over $200,000 individually (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) in each of the last two years. If you're not sure whether that describes you, say so in the form below and we're glad to talk it through.

What this looks like

No blind pool, no fund-of-funds structure, no committee between you and the people making decisions. When we bring a partner into an acquisition, that partner hears from us directly — before, during, and after — the same way we'd want to hear from someone holding our money.

We expect to hold regular updates for the people in our circle — how the portfolio's doing, what we're looking at next, what changed since the last one. Real numbers, not a holiday-card newsletter.
