LMN Capital Holdings is a Dallas–Fort Worth holding company founded by three operators. We buy established Texas businesses to run them — not to flip them, strip them, or fold them into someone else's portfolio.
You built something. It shouldn't become a line item.
Most owners who sell a good business end up selling it to someone who will never set foot in it. A fund with a five-year clock. A competitor who wanted your customer list and your equipment, and not much else. Your name comes off the building, your people get "evaluated," and the thing you spent thirty years building becomes a footnote in someone's quarterly report.
We started LMN because we think that's a bad ending for a good company — and because we'd rather own and operate one excellent business than trade a dozen.

Our partners are intimately involved with every business we acquire, fully invested in the existing team, the owner's legacy, and the business's success. We are hands-on, close to the operation, and committed for the long haul.
We're not on a clock.
No committed fund, no fixed fund life forcing an exit. We're building something our families will still own in twenty years, which means we can make decisions that take longer than a quarter to pay off — and when a capital partner joins a deal, it's deal by deal, not a blind pool with a deadline attached.
We're three people, and you'll meet all of us.
No associate screening your business. No investment committee you'll never see. When we say yes, it's a yes — and when it's a no, you'll get it fast and you'll get a reason.
